Responsibilities

• Actively market and promote company products and services
• Acquire, establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve business target in terms of sales volume and revenue

• Develop new sales opportunities

Requirements
• Male/ Female, S1 any majors, preferably in relevant engineering/ science fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written) would be an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skill, innovative and target oriented
• Experienced in related field would be an advantage


TELESALES (TL)

Based in Jakarta , Surabaya

Responsibilities
• Actively market and promote company products and services

• Acquire, establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve business target in terms of sales volume and revenue

Requirements
• Male/ Female, D1-D3 Economic, Technique, Communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written) would be an advantage

BILLING OFFICER (BL)

Based in Surabaya
Responsibilities
• Maintain and assure database accuracy
• Assure billing accuracy and arrange billing statement
• Prepare payment info and monitor payment
• Prepare and analyze billing system and program
• Assist customers in billing inquiries
• Effectively handle complaints
• Coordinate with other divisions in maintaining customers

Requirements
• Female, D3/S1 in Accounting or Informatics Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, accurate, initiative and a team player
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines




TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TS)

Based in Surabaya

Responsibilities
• Deliver and ensure outstanding customer service
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Effectively handle complaints
• Actively market and promote company products and services
• Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers
• Monitor and ensure smooth network operations
• Maintain product and service quality
• Maximize internet usage by customers

Requirements
• Male, D3 or S1 in Computer Science or Engineering
• Excellent knowledge on internet working, hardware and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English would be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work on shift
• Pleasant personality, creative and energetic
• Have own motorcycle
